We understand that deciding where to register for a wedding list is not always easy and that there has been bad press in the past about companies delivering ‘seconds’ or failing to deliver presents at all, not to mention going into administration without being able to honour purchases. We would like to reassure you that these are things you need not worry about when registering with The Perfect Present Company:

• We are a small business, and intend to stay that way in order to retain close relationships with both list holders and suppliers.
• When guests purchase items from one of our wedding lists, this money is secured until we have purchased that item from our supplier.
• We aim to order from our suppliers as quickly as possible after an item or set has been purchased.
• In the event of an item being discontinued by a supplier, this is communicated to the list holder who can then choose a suitable alternative.
• The Perfect Present Company trades as a Sole Trader, and as a result we are personally liable for any debts we may incur. We can therefore not use the legislation afforded to limited companies in order to avoid repaying any outstanding debts.
